Good location, friendly staff.

We enjoyed the room with a bathroom because it was clean and lovely, and it had a good, comfortable size. The only thing which was a bit funny that the bed wasnt a double bed (queen or king size) but it was two single bed together. We loved the breakfast, there was a lot of type of choice and all was fresh and tasty. The staff was excellent and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel with nostalgic elements. I had a room facing the inner courtyard which was wonderfully quiet even with the window open. The hotel staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was something to look forward to every morning.

The room is very spacious and clean. The property has separate washrooms and toilets. Close to all kinds of public transport.

Great location - station with food court, pharmacy, starbucks, souvenir shop, Lidl, near. Very easy commute with metro, trams. Clean. The staff is nice and helpful, you can buy soft drinks, wine at the counter. Parking +25 extra.

The hotel's location is a walking distance from the tramway, metro and bus station, which is just the perfect match. I also liked that most of the locations that i visited were close to my stay, talking about few stops only. The surrounding was not noisy at all so I could sleep with nothing to worry about even if my windows are open. The staff was friendly. The room was ok. Of course it was not much of a hot weather so i was fine in a room with no AC. I know this is the case of most hotels in the region. I stayed for 2 days so I did not request room service. But i tried their breakfast and it was really delicious and a wide variety. All in all, i would go again to the same place if am visiting vienna another time, since I am a kind of person who prefers to stay in a place that made me comfy rather than try other places and get disappointed. I also booked this place 3 days prior to my visit so the price was good compared to other options. Extra point for being a non-smoking hotel! This was a relief.
